What we do
If you are the victim of fraud or embezzlement, it can be difficult getting justice. Typically, the promoters likes to spend your money in court exchanging documents which only result in more delay and cost for victims. We do not discourage this route as an alternative for some defrauded investors, but our experience has show that unless a promoter stands a reasonable likelihood of going to jail, he is not motivated to pay the victims. Asset protection strategies exist that protect promoters, including off shore accounts, trust arrangements, nominee designates, and other devices which go well beyond the normal ability of a victim to ferret out.
Aggressive action is necessary using professionals which can identify fraud, coordinate with law enforcement, and disrupt the scheme to prevent future injury to innocent victims. Frequently, GW delivers files and evidence of wrongdoing to the FBI, IRS , SEC and other agencies to consider. In other situations, our attorneys, act to collect amounts due by filing liens, and lawsuits when appropriate.
Great White was formed to facilitate the collection of various investments, loans, partnerships or stock interest. Normally, the company encounters investors who have some reasonable idea that their invested money has been misappropriated by third parties and the promoter refused to account for or turn over the funds.
In other cases, non-performing obligations such as promissory notes and investment positions (where the investor is not being treated fairly) are another area where the company has excelled.
