The Pahrump developer was finally charged wtih 31 felonies after a three year investigation from the Nevada State Securities  office.   Millions were lost in the Pahrump Ponzi scheme that cost many seniors their life savings.  The FBI is also investigating.  See Review Journal story in todays paper.

Recently investors notices from the FBI were send out regarding Hans Seibt. He had his bankruptcy throw out,  Ponzi scheme allegations and consistent Trustee allegations of Ponzi were taken; of course, IRS does not believe it fraud and disallowed some investor claims.  It might take legislation to get all agencies to be consistent.  In the meantime, Hans, hold on to your –you know what—
