How we do it
Collection of Monies Due
Great White does not represent any individual or company as a third party representative such as an attorney would normally. The company acquires by assignment a percentage of the entire interest in a particular investment (subject to an agreement how the funds are divided) so that it can act directly to collect the amounts due.
With this arrangement, the company can move quickly and aggressively to secure and collect the outstanding delinquent amounts. Additionally, this gives the company flexibility on exactly how to approach a given problem without having to contact and seek permission from the assigning client as to any course of action. Great White sometimes uses its own counsel to assist it, but that counsel does not represent the investor/client even though the investor may materially benefit by such representation.
Great White principals are former FBI agents, investigators and former IRS attorneys who have a great deal of expertise in handling complex and difficult investment problems. Their attorneys are experienced in investment fraud, collection techniques, asset attachment procedures and fraudulent transfer issues where a promoter is hiding assets from creditors.
